Description
The RALF Rescue Retrieval System allows you to quickly raise or lower a person up to 15 metres, or 40m. Ready to rescue, no assembly required.
The system includes an integral braking system in case accidental release of rope by the rescuer.
Available in 3:1 and 5:1 mechanical advantage variants, both kits provide sufficient rope for a working lift/drop of approximately 16 m.
15m 5:1 System includes:
- 2 x Triplock Alloy Karabiners
- 1 x R-ALF Rescue Locking Pulley
- 2 x Medium Prusik Pulley Double
- 1 x Maillon Rapide - Twist
- 1 x 25 mm Round Sling 1200 mm
- 80 m x 11 mm Kernmantle Rope
- 1 x 100 m Heavy Duty Rope Bag

This is the third KATT portable ladder support bracket I have purchased from Absafe. The other two were for wall fixing, whereas this one is for roof edge fixing. It is made of aluminium plate to be compatible with Zincalume roof sheeting. I have had it powder coated to match the roof sheeting and for added corrosion protection. This is a serious value-for-money bit of kit. If you’re new to roof safety, a conscientious DIYer, or a veteran who needs some new gear - this is probably for you! If you need a rescue system after a fall, you’ll need more than this kit.
