We use Australia Post eParcel for almost all deliveries. Freight costs are calculated at checkout, before payment is made. We deliver nation-wide, including external territories#. Our delivery fees include picking, packing, packaging and shipping costs to ensure you get your items undamaged and ready to use.
We offer a standard packing, handling and eParcel shipping fee of $9.95 on most orders*. This includes Australia Post's tracking option.
Where eParcel Express Post is available on our website, it does not speed up the handling and packing of your order, it only changes the shipping method to Express Post. Express Post is a faster delivery option with Australia Post, but is quite limited. Click Here to see the limitations and conditions of Express Post Services.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Australia Post collect all parcels from our warehouse at 3:00pm daily, so orders need to be received in the morning to ensure they can be picked, packed and manifested before 3:00pm. Typically this means receiving your order by 11:00am.
Authority To Leave/Re-delivery:
By default we now issue Australia Post with an "Authority To Leave" your parcel (all orders), this prevents the Australia Post driver/contractor from sticking a card in your mailbox and making you collect it from the local Post Office. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will recharge the delivery fee when re-sending the parcel. Some bulky items require special delivery services as they exceed what Australia Post can handle, and are excluded from our "$9.95 SHIPPING & HANDLING".
The bulky items are typically Large Pelican Cases, Pelican Elite Luggage, Trimcast SpaceCases, Large Remote Area Lighting Units, Bulk Liquids and Mobile Crane Hoists. Depending on size these items will have a fixed shipping rate of $16 or $28 at checkout. It will also be indicated on the "Shipping Info" Tab on the product page or below the product description.

Because we use eParcel, you can now control the delivery of your order, direct with Australia Post. Most of the services are free, including re-directing the parcel to another address, re-delivering, adding an 'authority to leave' and more. All commercial quantity/pricing quotations are not included in our "$9.95 SHIPPING & HANDLING" offer and will have shipping amounts specified as part of the terms of the quotation by our Commercial Sales Team.
Click & Collect:
We also offer a free pick-up option for locals that need their gear quick, our "real" store is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00pm from our Gipps street store. We will email you when your order is packed and ready to collect.

Authority To Leave Rules and Charges:
All carriers, including Australia Post, and all courier services used, i.e. Toll IPEC or StarTrack; by default have every consignment marked "Authorised To Leave", and orders will be left at your door.
Please ensure you are home to receive your order, we send tracking emails so you know which day to expect your order. Once an order is delivered to your address, all responsibility is the buyers, the couriers are not responsible because the "Authority To Leave" has been given.
If you request that we do not use the Authority to Leave or if your parcel is incorrectly addressed and your parcel is returned to a depot or our warehouse, we are charged up to $50 re-delivery fees, which we then need to pass on to you before each attempted re-delivery. Processing of your order confirms acceptance of re-delivery fees and we will process them against the credit card used at the time of purchase. If you used PayPal we will submit a PayPal request for payment that needs to be paid prior to re-delivery.
