Auxiliary brake for I'D S, I'D L and I'D EVAC self-braking descenders
The auxiliary brake is designed for I'D self-braking descenders. It may be used to increase the friction in accordance with the weight of the load and the diameter of the rope.
Two versions
open: release the rope at any time.
closed: provides a constant redirect of the rope.

This is the third KATT portable ladder support bracket I have purchased from Absafe. The other two were for wall fixing, whereas this one is for roof edge fixing. It is made of aluminium plate to be compatible with Zincalume roof sheeting. I have had it powder coated to match the roof sheeting and for added corrosion protection.
