Face Masks

Sundstrom produces two core mask platforms – a reusable half-face respirator, SR100, and a full-face mask, SR200. They accept the full range of Sundstrom particle, gas, and combination filters, allowing configuration for silica dust, welding fumes, and organic vapours.

The SR200 full-face mask can also be converted to a supplied-air equipment configuration, providing a continuous supply of clean, compressed air without relying on ambient air.

All masks are available individually or as part of mask & filter kits.

PAPR – Powered Air Purifying Respirators

Sundstrom's PAPR range is built around the SR500 and SR700 fan units, both compatible with the SR200 full-face mask and a range of hood and helmet headtops.

Sundstrom PAPRs deliver filtered air under positive pressure, helping prevent contaminated air from entering through gaps in the face seal. They are well-suited to extended shifts in silica and asbestos environments, as well as workers with facial hair who require compliant P3 protection.

Filters & Pre-Filters

Sundstrom filters work across our entire mask and respirator range, reducing the need to stock different filters for different equipment.

You just need to match the filter type to the airborne hazard: 

• Particle filters like SR510 P3R for dust, fibres, and aerosols; 
• Gas filters like SR217/SR218 A1/A2 for vapours matched to the specific contaminant; 
• Combination setups like SR297 ABEK1, where multiple gas and vapour hazards are present.
