Combines with 3M DBI-SALA HC Davit Mast to form a confined space rescue and work support system
This base has integrated mounting holes that accept M20 fasteners for securing the base into position. The friction reducing insert sleeve is constructed of thermoplastic which aids in davit rotation. When used as part of our complete system, this base meets the requirements of EN795:2012, EN1496:2006, CEN/TS 16415: 2013, and AS/NZS 5532. All 3M™ DBI SALA® HC Bases are designed to be used in combination with 3M™ DBI SALA® HC Davit Masts, and together form a perfectly matched confined space rescue and work support system. This is the third KATT portable ladder support bracket I have purchased from Absafe. The other two were for wall fixing, whereas this one is for roof edge fixing. It is made of aluminium plate to be compatible with Zincalume roof sheeting. I have had it powder coated to match the roof sheeting and for added corrosion protection.
