Hi-Safe Confined Space Rescue Pulley System
Developed for backup and confined space rescue situations the Hi-Safe Rescue Pulley System has a 4:1 lift advantage and a built-in lift and lock system which will also automatically lock in the event of a fall.
It comes standard with a tie-off adapter and
50 metres of rope allowing approximately 10meters of lift.
Optional 100m-rope edition allows 25m lift.
Also includes:
2 Autolock karabiners, 2 pulleys, and rope storage (convenient bag or tough drum).

The scaff hooks feel solid and easy to snap onto rails and other non-standard anchor points. Well made, and a comfortable weight once attached to the harness despite being heavier than initially expected. I wouldn't go back to a non-elastic lanyard after having used this. Getting snagged a lot less.
