A lazy leg is used with a reverse head, quad plate and two other legs to build an A-frame with lazy leg and it is used with a gin head to build a gin pole. Additionally the lazy leg adapter (sold separately) can be placed into the lazy leg to convert it to a standard leg for more versatility.

Sorry pushed enter by mistake... to continue on from previous comment.. The Sundstrom membrane kit is a great addition, ie not having to replace the entire mask. The membrane proved very effective at blocking ultra fine particles of sandstone, which I didn't realise until i cleaned the mask. Wouldn't work in noodling machine ( picking opals off conveyor belt) withour one.
